Our staff provides invaluable support for the firm’s litigation and trial activities. Our support staff plays a vital role in helping us achieve exceptional results for the firm’s clients.

Our legal assistant since 1990 is Shirley Roberson Hillery. She came to us with fifteen (15) years of experience in banking, handling corporate accounts and customer service. As a quick study, she soon made the transition to the field of law. She is truly a people person. Ms. Hillery is genuinely concerned about the needs of our clients.

Additionally, when necessary, we are capable of devoting highly specialized resources, such as private investigators, model makers, mock trial and jury consultants, and medical, scientific and engineering experts to support our clients’ cases.

We also use state-of-the-art computer technology to efficiently and accurately handle all business transactions and activities. We also use the technology and case management software to cost-effectively manage the entire litigation and trial process.
